Conceptualize and design all print and digital materials for the company and clients including but not limited to Digital banners / Visuals for online and Social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Website etc). Advertisement layouts; Marketing Collaterals - POS materials, brochures, flyers etc.,

Well-versed in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Corel Draw, After Effects, Dreamweaver and 3D tools.

Knowledge of software development life cycle; Determine appropriate architecture, technical solutions and make relevant recommendations to clients; Strong communication skills; Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients; Knowledge of e-commerce solutions.

Good analytical and programming skills in Java, Android 2.2; Handful experience in tools like Android Studio, Eclipse and analytical tools.

Strong knowledge in Objective C, Xcode, CoCoa; Strong knowledge in iOS4.0 + SDK Development.

You will be instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets; Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization; Create, negotiate and close commercial agreements.

Understanding the requirement of client. Sourcing the relevant profiles through various job portals and social websites. Initial screening of the resumes as per the requirements / telephonic screening, briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, notice period etc. Short-listing the candidates. Scheduling interview for the short-listed candidates according to clients needs (Telephonic / F2F / Video Conferencing), Negotiating and convincing candidates to accept the offer. Follow up with offered candidates till date of joining. Preparation of weekly and monthly report relating to interviews offer letter and joining of candidates.
